We are currently searching for a new member of our team: 

Job Description: The candidate must be able to be trained as a general plant worker and equipment operator. Based on scheduling needs work can include any of the following duties:  

A) Processing plastic material. This includes categorizing, sorting, and preparing plastic products for use in the production process.  

B) Operating grinding equipment. Includes feeding plastic parts into grinding machines, weighing and warehousing the finished product, changing blades on the grinding machines, and cleaning the grinding equipment.    

C) Operating a 6” extrusion compounding line  

D) Operating Polyethylene and PVC pulverizers  

E) Loading and unloading trucks

F) Conducting light equipment maintenance and general plant labor  

Typical new hires will be designated as an equipment operator (grinding, extruding, or pulverizing) and absent specific previous experience will be trained at that job. In addition to the primary job employees are expected to assist in the plant as needed. Over time each employee is expected to learn each operation within the plant and will be scheduled the appropriate training. 

In addition:  

• There is a mandatory 90-day probationary period for new hires.  

• Hours are 3 PM until midnight (9 hours) Monday through Friday. 5 hours of overtime per week.  

• While not normally scheduled, occasional weekend work is required  

• Starting pay is $10 per hour  

• 100% health coverage is included at the completion of the probationary period (This can be negotiated to a shorter period)  

• Dental plan is available through the company at the employees expense
